Jungle Pilates
COMMERCIAL RENOVATION · INTERIOR DEMOLITION · CONCRETE RESTORATION
The Work Beneath the Finished Studio.
Jungle Pilates required substantial work inside the existing space. 8 Pillars demolished the interior shell and performed concrete tear-out and repouring for the plumbing work. Twins Engineering delivered new electrical panels, wiring, lighting, and controls.
8 Pillars’ Scope
Demolition of the existing interior shell.
Concrete tear-out to provide access for the plumbing scope.
Repouring the affected concrete areas.
Twins Engineering’s Electrical Scope
New panels, wiring, lights, and controls supported the renovated space. The electrical scope is credited to Twins Engineering; the concrete and demolition scope is credited to 8 Pillars.
What a Renovation Bid Needs to Resolve
Work below an existing floor can affect the entire renovation sequence. Confirm slab conditions and demolition limits, coordinate plumbing access and required inspections, and define the concrete restoration before the finished flooring is installed. Electrical layout decisions should account for equipment, lighting, controls, and access to panels.
For your project, share the existing layout, proposed plumbing routes, available electrical plans, operating constraints, and target turnover date. Clearly assigned trade responsibilities help the team price and coordinate the work.
