Repairs & Surface Work

Show us the existing surface, visible damage, and the result you want. Discuss whether the issue is appearance, movement, drainage, surface deterioration, or a condition needing further professional review. Repair, resurfacing, sealing, or replacement should follow the condition and intended use.

Know Your Concrete

Curing is more than drying. Moisture and temperature control help concrete develop strength and durability. Ask who provides the project’s curing and protection instructions.

Joint types do different jobs. Contraction, isolation, and construction joints address different conditions. Review the specified joint plan before placement; completely crack-free concrete cannot be promised.

Plan the next finish. If flooring or coatings follow, coordinate slab moisture testing, surface preparation, and the selected manufacturer’s requirements.

Opening is a project decision. Follow the project-specific instructions for foot traffic, vehicles, and other loads. A dry-looking surface does not establish readiness.
